This Privacy Policy explains how 702Roofer.com ("we," "us") handles information when you visit this website, call a phone number shown on it, or submit a request. 702Roofer.com is an independent advertising and referral service that connects property owners with participating local roofing contractors.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, phone number, address or general area, the issue you select, urgency, and any message you write in our request form.
- Call information: calls to numbers on this site may be routed through a call-tracking provider. That provider may record the caller's phone number, call time, duration, and the page that led to the call. Calls may also be recorded for quality and lead-verification purposes where permitted by law. If recording is enabled, you will be notified at the start of the call.
- Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider and any analytics tools may automatically collect basic data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring site.
How we use information
- To forward your call or request to a participating local contractor so they can contact you about your roofing needs
- To confirm and track requests, prevent spam and abuse, and improve the website
- To comply with legal obligations
Sharing
We share your request details with the participating contractor serving your area (a participating local contractor) so they can respond to you. We also use service providers that help operate the site, such as hosting, form processing, and call tracking, and they process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.
Calls and text messages
If you check the consent box on our form, you agree that we and a participating contractor may call or text you at the number you provide about your request. That may include autodialed or prerecorded calls or texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask callers to stop calling you.

This site does not require cookies to function. If we add analytics or advertising tools, they may use cookies or similar technologies to measure traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Data retention and security
We keep request information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you've submitted, or to stop contacting you. Nevada residents may submit a request directing us not to sell covered information. As noted above, we do not sell personal information. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
